Elliott and Kessa

It is a good thing God designed our family the way that He did. Where I lack, my wife is abundant and where my wife lacks, I have the skills needed. We enjoy working together as a team and being around each other as often as we can. Our children bring that extra flavor into our family. The kind that brings joy, the need to smell the roses, and the reminder of God’s grace.

My wife and I both went to Bible college. I had the apartment below hers. We ended up passing each other ten times a day for a whole semester. Then the next semester all of our classes were together. That is how we got to know each other. By the end of that semester we were dating, and by the end of summer engaged. The next year we got married! Kessa studied christian ministries, interpersonal communications, and psychology. While I got my degree in Bible and theology. Now in 2025, I just completed a Master of Divinity through Liberty University and published my first book.

After college we moved to Washington where I worked as a youth pastor. In Washington Abraham was born. After some time we moved to California to focus on seminary, be near family, and to see what God had planned next in our lives. That year we had our second child, Helena. As well as received the call to be missionaries in New York City. We spent a whirlwind year in NYC where we learned so much about ministry and missions. After this we continued as missionaries traveling around the USA. And in 2025 Nathaniel was born in California.

It is now 2026 and I have accepted the call to pastor Spinning Road Baptist Church in Ohio. We are excited to see how God uses this next season of our lives!
